Never thought I'd be the one to start a blog.
I've always been one of the opinion that those who wrote blogs were self-absorbed, egotistical, attention seekers.
But hey, that's a little harsh. I never bothered to really delve into the "blogosphere" , so who am I judge?
Unfortunately, for you and I, because this is a blog, I will pass judgment, and you will be entitled to my opinion.
But enough of this negativism! Let me exercise my right to freedom of expression! Let me exercise my right to incessantly blather into the dark abyss that is the internet.
"I am One of Seven Billion and my opinion is important! I just know it has to be! Hear me roar!"
Okay, okay....seriously..sorry....that will be the last of the sardonic prose...I promise.

Unfortunately, being the cynic I am, I viewed this as a trite platitude not too dissimilar to telling a dedicated Beethoven fan that he ought to write music that he would like to listen to.
Hyperbole? Probably.
